Makes 10 pancakes
1 cup Wheat, hard white
1 cup Milk, Low fat 1%
2 medium Egg
2 tablespoon Oil, grapeseed
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Honey
1 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
Put milk and wheat in a blender. Blend on high for 4 minutes, or until batter is very smooth. Add and blend on low, eggs, oil, baking powder, honey and salt. Bake on a hot griddle by pouring out in 1/4 cup portions.
