Ingredients: 

1 cup oats (ground into oat flour)
120g protein powder of choice (i used sun warrior raw vegan in vanilla)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 T trader joe’s flaxseed with blueberries
4 large egg whites
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
