Blueberry-Lemon Cheese Crumbcake

Ingredients: 

Cheese Filling
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
Zest of 1 lemon (optional, but makes cake more flavorful)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 large egg
1 tablespoon unbleached all-purpose flour

Crumb Topping
1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (Can be half whole wheat pastry flour, if desired.)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Cake
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
2/3 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cups (1 pint) fresh or frozen blueberries
