Greens
1 bunch bok choy
1 bunch green onions
Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
Noodle mix
1/2 cup diced almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
3 tbsp olive oil
1 package Mr. noodles ( crumbled noodles only)
Rinse and dry bok choy
Break up leaves and chop stalks
Chop green onions into med sized chunks
Combine dressing ingredients, boil 2min and allow to cool
Brown noodle mix in frying pan
Just before serving combine noodle mix with dressing and greens
