1 cup lukewarm water
2 T salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup molasses
2 T caraway seed
2 cups rye flour
2 packages active dry yeast softened in 1/2 cup lukewarm water
About 3 cups white flour
1 T soft shortening
