Bread Maker dough for Flour Tortillas

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup water
3 Tbs shortening
2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder

8 cups flour
2 cups water
12 Tbs oil or 12 Tbs lard

4 tsp baking powder

  1. Throw all ingredients in breadmaker according to the order recommended on your breadmaker
  2. The setting is 13 on my breadmaker.
  3. Let the dough knead
  4. When done take dough out let rest for about 20 minutes in warm damp cloth.
