1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 t Cinnamon
4 cups bread pieces ( about 8 slices)
1/2 to 3/4 blueberries
Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 t Vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
Mix all ingredients well and bake for 30 minutes at 350 in a 8x8 square dish or double recipe and add to a 9x13 dish. Add walnuts or raisins, optional.
Sauce:
Place all ingredients in saucepan and stir. Bring to boil over medium high heat and cook 3-4 minutes. Cook and stir longer for a praline sauce. Add vanilla just before pouring on bread. Pour over pudding while warm or dip into pudding.

I substituded brown sugar for white and added 1T of vanilla. Instead of blueberries I chose peaces.
