Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients: 

4 C (32 oz) hash browns, thawed
6 beaten eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 cube butter
2 C chopped ham
2-3 C grated cheddar cheese


Spread potatoes in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Pour melted butter evenly over top.
Bake at 400 for 30 min. Stir milk and eggs together, then pour over top of baked potatoes. Sprinkle ham in layer over eggs, then sprinkle grated cheese over ham. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min. Serve hot.
