Ingredients: 

Olive oil cooking spray
1 2/3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
1/3 cup oat flour (or gluten free flour of your choice)
1/2 tsp all-natural sea salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup dried figs, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup medjool dates, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup unsalted cashews, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
6 tbsp melted coconut oil
3/4-1 cup honey raw, unpasteurized honey, divided
1/2 cup almond butter
