Ingredients: 

1 C whole grain oat flour
1/2 C whole grain barley flour
1/2 C whole grain brown rice flour
2 T ground chia seeds
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 C low-fat buttermilk**
1/2 C water
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 C honey
3 C vanilla yogurt
3 C ripe berries
twelve 1/2 pint wide-mouth mason jars with lids
