Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients: 

1 package of Pillsbury Biscuits (10 biscuits)
5 slices of bacon (cooked and cut into pieces)
4 eggs scrambled
5 cheese slices
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. water
Pepper to taste


  1. Cook bacon and cut into pieces; scramble eggs.
  2. Flatten each biscuit; top with spoonful of egg, 2 chunks of bacon, 1/2 slice of cheese.
  3. Pull up corners of biscuit and press together to form a ball.
  4. Place in greased muffin tins (can use Pam or bacon grease); whisk water into egg yolk and brush over tops of muffins. Top with pepper to taste.
  5. Bake 13-15 min at 375.
