1 Cup Minute Rice, 1 package Chopped Broccoli, 1 8 Oz Jar Cheese Whiz, 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1/2 Cup Diced Onions, 1/2 Cup Dicey Celery, 3/4 Soup Can of Milke, 1 cup of Water, 2 TBSP of Oil
