Butternut Pumpkin Soup with Ginger and Chili

1 large pumpkin
1 butternut squash
2 onions
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic
4 cups vegetable bouillon
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup grated coconut
