16 ounces dried cannellini beans (about 6 cups cooked)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ medium onion, finely diced
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
reserved beans
2 tablespoons white miso
½ cup white wine (or substitute vegetable or chicken broth)
1 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon pepper, or to taste
