Carnitas

Ingredients: 

4 lbs boneless country-style pork ribs
2 cups water
2 cups orange juice
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons fine sea salt
1/4 cup brandy


  1. Combine pork, water, orange juice, garlic, sea salt, and brandy in crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until pork easily shreds.  
  3. Remove pork from crockpot and shred into small pieces.  
  4. Brown shredded pork in frying pan.  
  5. Serve with warm corn tortillas, salsa and guacamole.
