Ingredients: 

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour

2 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 cup plant-based milk

½ cup water

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

6-7 carrots shredded (more carrots if you like them)

1 tsp nutmeg
