Cauli Oatmeal


1 c. *Riced Cauliflower, Packed
1/3 c. Organic Coconut Milk
2/3 c. Filtered Water
2 Large Organic Eggs
1 Scoop Mila (BEST CHIA on the market)
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
Liquid Stevia to taste or ARbonne Protein powder
Choice of Toppings- Blueberries, unsweetened coconut flakes, slivered almonds, coconut milk
Variations: EGG Free- 1 scoop arbonne protein 1/4 cup pumpkin 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp cinnamon

Cut cauliflower into chunks and place into food processor. Pulse until cauliflower has been completely "riced"

1. Add riced cauliflower, coconut milk and water to a medium saucepan

2. Over medium heat, bring to low boil and cook until cauliflower is tender, about 10 minutes

3. Remove from heat, whish in eggs, then chia then cinnamon.

4. Add sweeteners to taste

Finally top with coconut flakes, blueberries or raspberries, and slivered almonds and a splash of coconut milk!
