2 c milk
8 oz block sharp cheddar shredded
1/4 tsp pepper
Melt butter in karge saucepan.
Add carrots and next four ing and saute 5-7ins until tender,
Sprinkle flour and coat. Stir in bouillon,ilk and 3 c water
Cook stirring10 mins until slightly bubbly
Add cheese and pepper until blended
