1 TBSP Red Star Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp sugar (for activating yeast)
1 cup warm water (110-115°F)
1 cup milk, room temperature
¼ cup sugar
2 TBSP butter, softened
5 to 6 cups bread flour
4 TBSP butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 TBSP rosemary, finely chopped
