6 oz flour (1.25 cups)
1.25 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp butter, cubed
3 oz cheddar cheese, grated
2 scallions, chopped
1/2 cup buttermilk
