Cheddary Pasta Bake and Vegetables

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 C rotini
1 C broccoli
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 large red pepper, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 C shredded cheddar
1/2 C milk
1 T mustard


  1.  Prepare noodles; add veggies last 5 min of cooking time. Drain in colander and set aside.
  2.  In same sauce pan, combine remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Add noodles and vegetables; warm through.
