1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
Velveeta- half
Cream of chicken- 1
Milk-2 cups
Garlic salt
These directions are for a double batch
Chop onion and pepper into big pieces, sauté them
Put both cans of potatoes in pot, don't need to drain
If they are not covered with water, barely cover with water
Bring potatoes to a boil, reduce heat to medium
Add 4 cups of milk
Add 2 cans of cream of chicken
Add onion and pepper
Add 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
Stir together
Slowly add in cubes of velveeta until all velveeta is stirred in
Add salt and pepper to taste
