50 pcs Frozen spring roll skin
500g mozzarella cheese, grated
1 bell pepper, diced
Spring onions, chopped
1 egg, beaten
Mix cheese, bell pepper and spring onions.
Use 1 spring roll skin, wrap 1 tbsp of mix
Tightly, seal with egg wash.
Wrap another layer of spring roll skin and seal with
Egg wash. Repeat till all are done.
Pan or deep fry the rolls.
