3 handfuls fresh baby spinach (about 2.5 cups), roughly chopped
1 small white or yellow onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
10 thin asparagus spears, ends trimmed then chopped into 1-inch pieces
6 eggs

1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
