Cheesy Pasta Casserole

Notes: 

This recipe can be adapted many ways to suit your tastes. Change the meat, veg, pasta or cheese to create your own version.

Ingredients: 

1 pound smoked sausage
1 1/2 cups penne pasta
1 1/ 2 cups of mixed vegetables(fresh or frozen)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Topping:
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup French fried onions


Cook pasta for 5 minutes the drain.
Slice sausage I to thin rounds and brown in skillet.
Once meat is browned add canned soup And pour milk into can and scape outall the contents. Add veg and stir until well incorporatd.
Add cheese and continue mixing
Add pasta continue mixing.
Pour into a casserole such and bake covered 375°for 30 minutes.
Cover with remaining cheese and french fried onions and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
