Ingredients: 

5 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
1 package (8 oz.) bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 box (6.3 oz.) israeli or pearl couscous
10 ounces frozen corn, thawed
4 scallions, chopped
2 cups chicken stock
Salt and pepper
3 cups (about 8 oz.) grated aged gouda
