Chicken Breast La Jolla

Ingredients: 

1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts


Directions

  1. Combine the garlic, paprika, ginger, cumin, pepper, and pineapple juice
  2. Blend thoroughly
  3. Pour over the chicken breasta and marinate for at least 1 hour
  4. Grill the breasts for about 10 minutes per side, Baste with the marinade while grilling
  5. Server over a bed of rice
