This is very good, but next time I will add a little Italian Seasonings to kick it up some.
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
1 pound fresh mushrooms, quartered
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 3/4 cups beef broth
1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
