Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 pound chicken boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
8 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Wildtree Tia Rosa’s Red Enchilada Sauce
1 cup Wildtree Chicken Bouillon Soup Base, prepared according to package directions
1 (15 ounce can) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup corn
