Made for MIL's bday. Very tasty, though I would take more care to cut the chicken better next time. They were too fat for the buns, and took a while to cook too.

2 tablespoons black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
4 tablespoons powdered non-fat milk
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 quarts peanut or vegetable oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
12 mini burger buns
12 dill pickle chips
