Chicken French

Ingredients: 

3 Chicken Breast.
1 Cup of flour.
4 Eggs.
4 Tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese.
2 Chicken bouillon cubes (base).
4 Tbsp Butter.
1/2 Cup water.
1 Cup Sherry or white wine.
4 Tbsp Olive oil.
1 lemon.
1 Pkg angel hair, spaghetti or linguine.


Beat eggs and cheese and set aside. Pound chicken in flour in a gallon ziplock bag and dip in egg mixture. Make chicken base in a small pot with butter. Heat oil until very hot. Brown chick on both sides. Drain oil and place chicken back in skillet. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken and pour on wine. Put chicken base over and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over pasta.
