chicken livers with onion

Notes: 

nice with mustard mash

Ingredients: 

40 g butter
2 onions sliced
300g chicken livers
25 ml dry sherry
100 ml. chicken stock


  1. melt half the butter, add onions 15-20 min, than tip the onions on a plate, set aside
  2. season chicken livers, ad remaining butter in pan, coor 2-4 min.
  3. add sherry, bubble for 30 sec., add onions and stock.
  4. stir together, bring to boil for 1-2 min.
  5. serve immediately

mustard mash, mashpotato, milk, butter with mustard mashed together.
