4 15oz. Cans tomato sauce
Oregano
Crushed red pepper
Basil
Parsley
1 large Onion
1 container of Mushrooms
5 tablespoons minced garlic
72 oz. Diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
Cook ground chicken in separate pan over medium heat until done. Cover. Season meat with spices. Reserve in pan.
In large stock pot, combine mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Cook on medium heat until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
Add diced tomatoes and cook about 10 minutes.
Drain chicken and add to the stock pot. Cook with vegetables until chicken is warmed through.
Add tomato sauce and reduce heat to simmer. Season to taste with spices. Cook on simmer until ready to serve.
Serve over pasta of your choice.
