Chicken Parimigiana

Ingredients: 

- 2x Chicken Breast
- Breadcrumbs
- 1x Egg
- Onion & Garlic Pasta Sauce
- Parmesan
- Motzarella


Slice both chicken breasts in half, whisk the egg into a dish and cover the chicken breasts with the egg. Once covered in egg, cover the chicken breasts in Parmesan and breadcrumbs, grill for 5 mins on each side.
Whilst chicken is under grill, heat up sauce, once heated pour the sauce into a deep rectangular dish, put the prices of breaded chicken on top of the tomato sauce and then cover with Motzarella and remaining Parmesan.
Then place the dish into the oven on 200, for around 15 min until the cheese has melted.
Dish is served best with spaghetti and garlic bread
