Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients: 

1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C milk
1/4 t dried thyme, crushed
1/4 t pepper
4 C cooked chopped vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes)
2 C cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 pkg refrigerated biscuits


  1. In 3-qt baking dish, combine soups, milk, thyme and pepper. Stir in veggies and chicken.
  2. Bake 15 min at 400, until mixture begins to bubble. Stir. Meanwhile, cut biscuits into quarters, cutting almost all the way through to bottom.
  3. Remove dish from oven, stir. Arrange biscuits over mixture. Bake 15 min more until biscuits are golden brown.
