If you’re not into waiting four hours for your shin beef stew or Ox Tail pie then give this a whack, it’s done in 30 minutes and tastes like it cooked out for a few hours
2 bowls
4 Chicken thighs, skinned, boned and halved
100 grams of new potatoes part boiled (5minutes)
1 medium red onion quartered
1 glass good red vino
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbs creme fraiche
Good handful of chopped curly parsley
1 tpbs garlic powder
1 tps of fresh thyme
1/2 small swede finely diced
salt and pepper
