Chicken Tortilla Soup
1 Rotisary chicken.
32 oz box chicken stock
1 can whole counral corn
1 can black beans
1 can Lg diced tomatoes (Flavored)
1/2 can El Pato (green can)
1 onion
2 jalapenos
1 bundle cilantro
sour cream
alvacados
Saute onion & jalapenos
Add tomatoes/juice,chicken broth.
Bring to boil
Add corn /beans
Season with pepper/cumin/chili powder
Add chilken/cilantro
Garnish with sour cream/cheese/alvacado
Serve ovewr crushed chips
