350gm chicken mince
2 green onions thinly sliced
1 Clove garlic crushed
1 cup mixed frozen veggies
3 sheets frozen puff pastry thawed
1 egg lightly whisked
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Sweet chilli sauce to serve
Preheat oven to 180•c fan forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add mince, cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps for 5 minutes or until browned. Add onion & garlic, cook & stir for 1 minute. Add veggies, cool and stir for 5 minutes. Cool. Cut each pastry sheet into 4 equal sized squares. Spoon 2 tablespoons of mince mixture over half of each pastry square. Brush edge with egg. Fold pastry over to enclose filling. Press edges with a fork to seal. Repeat with remaining mince mixture and pastry. Brush pastry tops with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden & puffed. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
