Corn with mild cheese

Ingredients: 

Cobs of "Choclo" corn
Mild white South American cheese (sort of a tofu consistency)
Salt

  1. Pre-boil 2-3 minutes
  2. Grill
  3. Serve hot with cubes of queso and salt
