Ingredients: 

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 - 1 scoop chocolate protein
1/2 ounce almonds (11 almonds approximately)
1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese (optional)
Stevia or Splenda to taste
1 tablespoon almond butter


  1. Blend together and cook like a pancake.
  2. Top with almond butter.
