Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients: 

2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder


 
  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine almond milk, palm sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir or cover and shake the jar to combine.
  3. Add chia seeds and cocoa powder and stir with a whisk until the clumps of cocoa get broken up.
  4. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (or overnight is best) stirring occasionally.
