2/3 cup coconut milk
5 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
4 oz brick cream cheese, at room temperature
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

Unusual cooked frosting w/sugar cream cheese, coconut milk and flour.
Frosting varies with type of coconut milk used. Coconut flavor more pronounced after sitting over night. Maybe lower fat makes the better frosting - more like whipped cream.
