Chocolate Pecan Fudge Fingers

Ingredients: 

1 apple peeled, cored and diced
2 tablespoons extra light butter
2 eggs lightly beaten
½ cup Natvia
½ cup wholemeal plain flour
¼ cup cocoa
½ cup chopped pecans


  1. Cook apple in a small saucepan with a little water on low until soft
  2. Puree apple
  3. Place hot apple into a large bowl and add butter, stir until butter melts
  4. Whisk in eggs and Natvia until combined
  5. Stir in sifted flour, cocoa and pecans
  6. Lightly spray a loafpan, spread mixture over base
  7. Bake at 180 C for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  8. Cool in tin then cut into fingers.
