30 cloves garlic
1 lemon
1 x 2 kg Barossa Chook or an equal well brought up chook
3 sprigs rosemary, chopped
50ml extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
125ml verjuice
125ml water
1 cup chicken stock
