1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped green tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell peppers
1 tablespoon kosher salt
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon whole yellow mustard seed
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup water
