Ingredients: 

1.5 cups of wholemeal flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Natvia
2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon butter, melted
Ingredients Cinnamon Mix
1/2 cup butter - 125g - softened
1/2 cup Natvia
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
Ingredients Glaze
1/4 block of cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
3/4 cup Natvia icing mix


  1. With an electric beater or mixer, mix flour, Natvia, salt, baking powder, milk, egg and vanilla.
  2. Once well combined, slowly stir in the melted butter.
  3. With a tablespoon, spoon this cake mix in to a 12 cup muffin tray.
  4. For the Cinnamon Mix, in a large bowl, mix the softened butter, 1/2 cup Natvia, flour, and cinnamon until well combined.
  5. Drop a teaspoon size ball on to the cake mix and with a toothpick or knife swirl the cinnamon mix in to the cake mix.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Will be cooked when toohpick comes out clean from the center.
  7. For the glaze mix the cream cheese, milk, butter, and Natvia icing mix in a small bowl wiht an electric beater.
  8. Mix well and put on to the top of the warm muffins. Will melt.
