3/4 -1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 Tablespoons old fashioned oats
1 scoop vanilla brown rice protein powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
