Notes: 

Adding salt directly to the yeast mixture is a BAD idea.
Taste is great, recipe needs to be adjusted.
Going to try again - Round 2 - until I get the texture right!

Ingredients: 

Dough:
1/2 cup (113g) butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2/3 cup milk
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5-6 cups all purpose flour

Filling:
1/3 cup (76g) melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins (optional)

Topping:
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup (76g) soft butter
2 cups powdered sugar
