Coconut and banana breakfast squares

2 cups (200g) rolled porridge oats
60g wholemeal flour
1/3 cup (30g) desiccated coconut
80g banana chips
1 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup (125ml) mild olive oil
120g agave nectar
2 ripe bananas, broken into pieces
2 tbs chia seeds (optional)
