Coconut Milk Turmeric Weight Loss Smoothie

Ingredients: 

400 ml of coconut milk
A glass of milk (the one of your choice. Vegetable milk are perfectly valid)
1 tbsp turmeric
A pinch of nutmeg zest
One tablespoon of maple syrup, honey or brown sugar
Black pepper
